Why do people at work complain about not getting enough hours but refuse to come in when you try to call them? If you aren't going to try, you aren't getting more hours! >_<

I dont know what you are talking about at 5 am it was +25C at 6am +25C still and at 9am +35C at noon around 40ish C.. Humidity 100%. Even the gecko who lives in the flower pot and usually eats up the insects which fly to my house was overheated and resting in the saucer below flowerpot soaking its butt and tail in the water.
