Sooo.....


Yeah, something is screwed up with my SE account and I have NO CONTENT IDs for either of my characters. Can't reactivate, can't purchase. Nothing. After four hours of fighting and trying to figure this out last night, I gave up.
Found their phone number today, but customer service hours are only mon-fri. >.>

The only thing that i can think would be wrong is the payment info, since they've switched to that secure code crap. I haven't change my debit card info in 2 years; so why it chose to want to eff up this month is beyond me. They aslo haven't billed me for this month at all-- which is odd; but again. There has never been a problem with my billing. Ever.

I did look at my content ID's too--- all the expansion packs are there, as are the two mini-expansions I have bought. But no Sary or Blastiose.

RWAR! >.>

Needless to say, I'm furious.

The same thing happend to me a few months ago, i had received a new debit card a few months earlier but turns out that i had failed to update my debit card info to the new expiration date so once the old expiratioin date had passed, they would not bill my card.

If I remember correctly, this happened to Haamz. Just put your card information back in and it should process and work correctly.

Except I can't.
My bank doesn't support the "Mastercard secure code" stuff, and I don't have anything else to move it too. So either way, I have to wait to call SE and get "special permission" to keep my current card. (that they had never problems billing) It's stupid :\

plus, I have sun and mon off... so I wanted to hit 65. ;.;
